1. Digital Products

Once a purchase is made, it is processed immediately and access is granted, which means cancellations or refunds are not typically feasible.

However, we understand that sometimes a course may be selected in error. In such cases, you can request a one-time batch change to another course of the same value within 7 days of purchase. We encourage you to review all course details carefully before enrolling.

2. Books (Publication)
(Applies to: Physical Books purchased from Adda247)

If the product received is damaged or lost by the courier partner, the student is entitled for a replacement. However, In rare situations where the delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address or if the package is declined at the time of delivery, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund, as the shipment is returned undelivered.
