The Border Security Force (BSF) conducts the BSF HCM Exam to recruit candidates for the posts of Head Constable Ministerial and Stenographer. The Admit Card for Stage 1, which includes the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST), is expected to be released in January 2025. Stage 2 of the recruitment process will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT) with a duration of 1 hour, comprising 100 questions. The online application process for 1,526 posts closed on 8th July 2024. BSF HCM Selection Process
The Selection Process of the BSF HCM examines the Candidates in holistic way. The BSF HCM Selection Process includes the Stage 1 of checking the physical stamina of the candidate.
