CDS 2 2022 Result Announced

The final result of the Combined Defence Services (CDS) 2 2022 examination has been announced by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on the 4th of July 2023. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now access the list of recommended candidates through the link given below.

CDS 2 2022 Result

According to an official statement by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), the results of the Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2022 have been declared. A total of 302 candidates have qualified for admission to the Officers Training Academy, Chennai, for the 118th Short Service Commission Course (NT) (for Men) and Officers Training Academy, Chennai, for the 32nd Short Service Commission Women (Non-Technical) Course, commencing in October 2023. The selection process involved the Combined Defence Services Examination conducted by the UPSC and interviews conducted by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence. The candidates have been listed in order of merit.

The list of 118th Short Service Commission Course (NT) (for Men) also includes the names of the candidates who were recommended earlier on the basis of the result of the same examination for admission to Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course(s).

Step 2: Click on the ‘Written Results’ tab on the homepage.

Step 3: Click on the link for ‘Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2022 Final Result’.

Step 4: The CDS 2 2022 Final Result PDF file will open on the screen.

Step 5: Candidates can search for their roll number in the PDF file to check their result.

Please note that The results of the Medical Examination of candidates have not been taken into account in preparing the merit list. The candidature of all the candidates is Provisional. Verification of Date of Birth and Educational Qualification of these Candidates will be done by Army Head Quarters.
