CISF Head Constable & ASI Steno 2022: Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must have an Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized Board or University or equivalent on or before the closing date of receipt of the Online Application Form.
Domicile Status: The candidate should be a citizen of India.
Age Limit:
- Between 18 to 25 years as on the closing date for receipt of the Online Application form (i.e.25.10.2022).
- Candidates should not have been born earlier than 26.10.1997 and later than 25.10.2004.
- Age Relaxation as Per Rules.

CISF HCM & ASI 2022: Selection Procedure
First Online Applications will be accepted. and then the further process will be divided into the following steps –
- Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Documentation
- Written Examination
- Skill Test
- Medical Examination
CISF Head Constable & ASI Recruitment 2022: Physical Standard Test (PST)
All candidates reporting for recruitment will be measured for height, chest and weight by the Board of Officers. The candidates who meet the requirements of physical standards will be allowed to participate in Documentation. The candidates who do not fulfil the laid down physical standards will be eliminated from the recruitment process by giving a rejection slips.
Requirements are –
- Height: Male – 165 CMS, Female – 155 CMS
- Chest: 77-82 CMS
- Weight: Corresponding to height and age as per Medical Standards
CISF ASI & HCM Recruitment 2022: Written Examination / CBT
The candidates who qualify in PST & Documentation will be called for Written Examination under OMR/Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode. The Written Examination will consist of one objective type of paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks of 02 hours duration.

CISF HCM & ASI Recruitment 2022: Documentation
Candidates who qualify in PST and CBT will undergo Documentation. The candidates will have to produce all original documents/certificates pertaining to age, education, caste, sports achievement as mentioned in the official notification in detail in the prescribed format before the Recruitment Board.
CISF HCM & ASI Recruitment 2022: Medical Examination
Candidates selected in order of merit as equal to a number of vacancies will be put through a medical examination to assess their fitness as per the medical guidelines issued from time to time by MHA.
