Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) will soon release the official notification for the Admin & Allied CETPAM 10 (A&A) recruitment for various posts including the Stenographer Grade-I, Junior Translation Officer (JTO), Stenographer Grade-II, Administrative Assistant ‘A’, Store Assistant ‘A’ Security Assistant ‘A’ Vehicle Operator ‘A’, Fire Engine Driver ‘A’, and Fireman, etc.

DRDO CEPTAM 10 A & A Selection Process

DRDO Ceptam Written Exam
Tier-I Computer-Based Test (CBT): The first stage of the DRDO CEPTAM A&A selection process is a Tier-I CBT, which is an online examination.
- The questions in the CBT are of objective type (multiple-choice questions) and are available in both English and Hindi languages. The CBT consists of two sections – Section A and Section B.
- Section A includes questions from General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability, General Science, and Quantitative Aptitude
- Section B includes questions from the specific trade or discipline for which the candidate has applied. The total duration of the Tier-I CBT is 120 minutes (2 hours), and the maximum marks are 150.
The selection process also consists of a physical fitness test, medical tests and document verification.

Final Selection: The final selection of candidates for DRDO CEPTAM 10 A&A positions is based on their performance in the Tier-I CBT and Tier-II Trade/Skill/Physical Fitness and Capability Test, wherever applicable. The merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the Tier-I and Tier-II tests, and candidates are selected in the order of merit.
