IB MTS Syllabus

The IB recruitment selection process has three stages: Tier I: Online objective-based multiple-choice questions, Tier II: Offline descriptive exam, Tier III: Personality test. IB Security Assistant and MTS Tier 2

After qualifying in the Tier-1 exam, candidates will be called for Tier-2 exam which is divided into 2 parts.

The Tier-II (Part 1) exam is a descriptive-type exam that is conducted for 40 marks. This offline exam duration is 1 hour. Candidates must translate the passage of 500 words from the local language to English and vice versa (depending on the candidate’s choice).

Tier – II (Part 2) exam  is Only for SA/Exe candidates. Students will be assessed on their Spoken ability skills. This will be assessed at the Interview round.

IB Security Assistant and MTS Tier 3 (Interview)

The Tier-III exam is Interview round. Candidates who qualify in Tier 1 and Tier 2 will be assessed at the Interview round. Interview round/ Personality Test round is of 50 marks.
