Airforce Agniveer Vayu Physical Fitness Test (PFT) PFT consists of 1.6 Km run which to be completed within seven minutes. Candidates shall also have to complete 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups and 20 Squats within the stipulated time as per the following to qualify in the Physical Fitness Test.
