Indian Army TES Job Profile 2022-23
After completing 4 years of the training cum course, the cadets will be commissioned as Lieutenant in the army. The job profile of an Indian Army Lieutenant includes various responsibilities such as :
- They are given the responsibility of maintaining documentation of troops, providing a Hygienic environment, and looking after the welfare of their family.
- They are given the responsibility of training troops for operational roles and several professional courses as well.
- They have the responsibility of looking after the availability and arrangement of weapons and other equipment needed in war.
- They are also assigned various tasks by their seniors such as participating in searches, attack missions, and surveillance.

Indian Army TES Salary 2022-23

After completing 4 years of the training period, candidates join the Indian Army on the rank of Lieutenant. Along with the rank, the candidates are also subjected to receive salary and allowances as admissible to their post:
- MSP (Military Service Pay) – Rs 15,500
- Fixed Stipend for Cadet Training – Rs 56,100 pm for NDA cadets on completion of 3 years of training. Upon completing 4 years of training the candidate will be inducted as Lt and will receive a salary fixed for his rank.
- Flying Allowance (Army Aviators) – For Level 10 and above – Rs 25,000 p. m. fixed.
Other Allowances

Along with the basic pay, the Indian Army also gets several other benefits and allowances as per theier needs and expenditure. Other than HRA and transportation, Army personnel are also entitled to a number of other allowances and incentives, which are detailed below:
- Transportation Allowances – INR 3,600/- +DA – INR 7200/- +DA
- Military Service Pay – INR 15,500/- (From Lt. Post to Brig)
- Counterinsurgency – INR 6300/-
- Uniform Allowances – INR 20,000/- per Year
- Field Area Allowances – INR10,500/-
- Parachute Pay – INR 1200/-
- High Altitude Allowances – INR 5300/-
- Siachen – INR 42,500/- per month
- Special Forces – INR 9000/- per month
- Flying Pay – INR 25,000
- Casual Leave of 20 Days
- Encash of Leave up to 300 Days of Last Pay Drawn
