Photograph and signature Guidelines

The candidates are required to upload a scanned image of his/her photograph and signature by taking the following guidelines into consideration:

• The candidate’s photograph must be recent(not more than 3 months old) and colored.
• Photographs in cap/hat/dark glasses will be rejected.
• Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover the face.
• The photograph should be of size 20kb-50kb and Dimensions 200X230 pixels, only.

Signature

The Aspirants should scan the signature by taking the following guidelines into consideration:

• Sign on white paper with a Black ink pen.
•  The size of the signature file should be between 10kb-20kb with dimensions 140×60 pixels (preferred).
  Applications with blurred/ illegible Photographs/Signatures will be rejected summarily.

The Aspirants are required to deposit the application fees for Rs.300/- (Rs. Three Hundred only) online mode only for AAI Junior Executive Application 2023. However, the SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates are exempted from payment of a fee.

AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2023 Salary Structure

The Candidate who will be selected as the AAI Junior Executive will get a salary in the pay scale of Rs.40000-3%-140000 (E-1).

In addition to Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, increment @ 3% of Basic Pay per annum, Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay, HRA, and Other benefits which include CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical Benefits, etc., are admissible as per AAI rules.
