Governments/Universities/Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector Undertakings/Research and Development organizations holding analogs post. OR Executive Engineer with 5 Years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs 7600. OR Executive Engineer with 10 Years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs 6600.
Chief Librarian	At least a second-class master’s Degree in Science (preferably in Biological Sciences) from a recognized University or equivalent with 7 years of experience.
Senior Procurement/ Stores Officer	Officers under the Central/State Govt., U.T. Administrations, or of Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts or with at least 5 years of regular service in the post with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- and have 5 years experience as a Stores officer on a regular basis.
Nursing Superintendent	Officers of the State/ Central Government or Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts OR Deputy/ Assistant Nursing/ Superintendent with 5 years of regular service.
Assistant Controller of Examinations	Officers under the Central/State/U.T. Governments/Universities/Statutory Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations holding analogous posts on regular basis, or at least 5 years of regular service in the post in the PB 3, with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400 or higher.
Senior Programmer	B.E/ B.Tech/MCA/BSc with a diploma in computer application + 10 Years’ experience in IT systems/Networking /Hardware Configuration/Software Programming in Ministries/Departments of Government of India /State Government/Union Territories/Statutory/Autonomous Bodies.
Librarian Selection Grade (Senior Librarian)	At least a second-class master’s degree in science (preferably in biological sciences) from a recognized university or equivalent; Degree or equivalent Diploma in Lib. Science of a recognized institution or university; and 7 years experience in a supervisory capacity in a library of standing.
Chief Medical Social Service Officer	Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s Degree in Professional Social work from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent; and Twelve years of teaching/research /professional experience in a Medical Institution/Organization in the field of Medical social work preferably Rehabilitation of Orthopedically handicapped persons
CSSD Officer	Officers of Central/State Govt./ Autonomous/ Statutory Organization holding analogous posts on regular basis or CSSD Supervisor with five/seven years of regular service
Executive Engineer (Civil)	Executive Engineers (Civil) or Asst. Engineers (Civil) with 8 years of regular service in the grade from CPWD.
Executive Engineer (AC&R)	(a)Holding an analogous post on regular basis or with 8 years of regular service in the post of Asstt. Engineer (Elect); (b)Possessing a degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering; and (c)Having at least 5 years of experience in A/C &Refrigrator.
Executive Engineer (Electrical)	Executive Engineers (Elec) or Asst. Engineers (Elec) with 8 years of regular service in the grade from CPWD.
Deputy Chief Security Officer	Officers of the Police Departments of the Central/State/UT or Officers of the Armed Forces including Para Military Forces, holding analogous posts or with 5/8 years regular service in a scale of Rs.5400/4600 respectively, and preferably having experience connected with security, handling agitations/strikes of employees.
Principal Private Secretary	Officer of Central/State Government or Central/State Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts or with at least 7 years of regular service in the post Rs. 4600 or higher.
Accounts Officer	Officers under the Central Government or Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis in handling accounts and finance matters
Administrative Officer	Officers under the Central/State/UTGovernments or Research and development organizations holding analogous posts on a regular basis With 2/3 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs 4800/- or 4600 respectively in the relevant field.
Security Officer	Officers of the Police Departments of the Central/State/UT Govts or Officers of the Para Military Forces, holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 7 years of regular service in the pay scale of Rs.4200 preferably having experience connected with security, handling agitations strikes of employees
