He / She is, directed to attend for verification of Original Certificates from 19 July 2022 to 22 July 2022, in the Office of the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission, M.G.Road, HODs Buildings, Opp. Indira Gandhi Mpl.Stadium, Near RTO Office, VIJAYAWADA520010. Along with the Original Certificates and one set of Photo copies duly Attested by the Gazetted Officer.

APPSC AE DV Schedule 2022 Documents details

Original Certificates with a set of Photocopies of the same to be produced for APPSC AE DV Schedule 2022.

1. Date of Birth (SSC or its equivalent) in support of Minimum / Maximum age.
2.  Service Certificate/ Any other certificate in respect of age relaxation claimed.
3. Integrated Community Certificate (issued by the concerned Tahsildar/M.R.O./R.D.O/ Competent authority) by OBC, SC, and ST Candidates.
4. Creamy Layer exemption certificate from Revenue authorities for OBC candidates only.
5. Study Certificates from IV Class to X class if studied in school or Residence certificate for 7 years prior to appearing in SSC, if appeared for SSC as a private candidate.
6. Local status certificate in case of candidates who have migrated from Telangana State to Andhra Pradesh State in between 2nd June,2014 and 1st June, 2019
7.  Physically Handicapped (VH, HH &OH) Certificate in the Prescribed proforma clearly showing % of deformity issued by the District Medical Board/Civil Assistant Surgeon, who claim PH reservation.
8. Hall ticket for the Written Examination in original and copy of this memo for verification of Original Certificates.
9. Two Attestation forms duly filled by the candidate and attested by the Gazetted Officer.
10. Candidate also directed to affix his/her latest passport size photograph duly
11. Two Check lists duly filled and signed by the candidate.
12.  Latest Passport Size photos attested by a Gazetted Officer on the top of each Attestation form
