Age Relaxation

BHEL Salary 2025
Selected candidates for the BHEL Recruitment 2025 for Engineer Trainee and Supervisor Trainee positions will receive a BHEL Salary between Rs 32,000 to Rs 1,80,000. The CTC for an Engineer Trainee is approximately Rs. 12 lakhs per annum, while the CTC for a Supervisor Trainee is approximately Rs. 7.5 lakhs per annum with various growth opportunities.
Along with basic pay selected candidates will be able to draw admissible allowances (such as DA, HRA, etc.). Candidates need to sign a minimum 3-year bond agreement excluding a training period before joining. Engineer Trainees will be liable to pay liquidated damages equivalent to Rs ₹5,00,000, and for Supervisor Trainees, it is ₹3,00,000.
