Cabinet Secretariat Senior Field Officer Eligibility Criteria 2025

To apply it is necessary to meet the eligibility criteria mentioned below:

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology, or a Master’s Degree in Science in subjects such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, Communication Engineering, Telecommunication, or Geomatic Engineering.

Age Limit:
The candidate must not be older than 35 years.

GATE Requirement:
Candidates must have cleared the GATE examination with a score of 50% or above in the years 2023, 2024, or 2025.

Cabinet Secretariat Selection Process 2025

The selection process consists of the following four stages. A candidate must successfully clear all stages to be considered for final selection:

1. GATE Score:
   Minimum 50% score in the relevant subjects mentioned above.
2. Interview:
   Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
3. Character & Antecedent Verification:
   Verification of the candidate’s background and character.
4. Medical Examination:
   Candidates must be declared medically fit as per the prescribed standards.

Cabinet Secretariat Senior Field Officer Salary 2025

After the final selection, the Cabinet Secretariat will offer an attractive salary package. Senior Field Officers will receive a monthly salary of approximately ₹1,25,000, including all allowances. The post falls under Pay Level 10 and is classified as Group A Gazetted.
