Are Final Year B. Tech or Diploma Students Eligible for SSC JE?
As per the SSC JE Notification, the final year B. Tech or Diploma Students can also apply for SSC JE Exam. The candidates in their final year/last semester of Diploma/Degree are eligible to register for SSC JE but their final result should be declared before the declaration of SSC JE Result or as on the crucial date mentioned in the official notification of SSC JE. The candidates are required to produce the qualification Diploma/Degree at the time of the Document Verification stage.
The students are advised to check the eligibility criteria details as prescribed in the SSC JE Notification well before going to apply. They must ensure their qualification before applying online. If the candidates not attaining the required qualification on the specified dates will result to be disqualification or rejection of their candidature at any stage of the recruitment.
