GETCO Vidhyut Sahayak Syllabus – Subject-wise

GETCO recruitment for Vidhyut Sahayak is a two-tier recruitment exam. The subject-wise syllabus of this two-tier exam needs to be understood clearly and concisely. GETCO Vidhyut Sahayak Exam Pattern

GETCO Vidhyut Sahayak is a two-tier exam process to recruit eligible personnel in the company. Tier 1 is a 100-Marks OMR-based test consisting of five subjects mentioned above in the syllabus.  The cut-off Marks in the case of a General Category Student is 50 marks and above; for the Reserved Category, it’s 45 Marks and above. Candidates will be selected in a 1:5 ratio for the tier 2 exam. It means 5 times the number of vacancies will be called for the tier 2 exam. In case, the number of students who score above the cutoff marks exceeds 5 times, the cut-offs in that case for the tier 1 exam can be increased.

GETCO Exam Pattern for Tier 2

The Tier 2 Exam will be 100 Marks, and questions will be asked only from the Electrical Engineering Paper. The final selection of the candidate will be based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the Tier 2 Examination.

Important Points Regarding GETCO Vidhyut Sahayak Selection Process

1. Candidates appearing for the tier 1 examination have to score the minimum score fixed by the Organisation. In the 5:1 ratio, the candidates will be selected for the Tier 2 Examination.
2. The selected candidate for the Tier 2 examination will be intimated through the GETCO Website.
3. After Completion of the Exam, a candidate can view the provisional answer key and raise objections regarding the answer to any particular question.
4. This is the tentative syllabus the organization gives and can change if required.
5. For the case of Widow Female Candidates, a 5 % mark more than what they scored in the examination will be given.
6. The final Selection of Candidates will be solely based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the Tier 2 examination.
