- Computer-Based Test (CBT): After applying, candidates will be called for a Computer-Based Test (CBT). The test will assess technical knowledge, general awareness, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, and English language skills.
- Group Task: Candidates who clear the CBT will participate in a Group Task. In this stage, they will be assigned a topic to discuss or solve as a group.
- Skill Test: For Junior Executive Officer positions, HPCL may conduct skill tests to assess the candidates’ other skills. For all posts, PET/PST is conducted.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the Group Task will be called for a Personal Interview. In this round, the candidate’s technical knowledge, experience, and overall suitability for the job will be assessed.
