IOCL Recruitment 2024 Application Fees

IOCL Non-Executive 2024 Selection Process
Candidates have to clear various stages to be finally inducted into IOCL. The selection methodology will comprise of a Computer-based test followed by a skill/proficiency/ Physical test. The skill/ Proficiency/ Physical test will be qualifying in nature. The Computer based test will consist of two papers containing 100 questions carrying 1 Mark each and the time allotted for completing the CBT Test will be 120 Minutes. Candidates will be then called for a further round of Medical Examination and Document verification. The Shortlisting process is mentioned below-

IOCL 2024 Salary
Candidates selected at IOCL for non-executive posts will receive a handsome salary ranging between Rs 25,000- Rs 1,05,000 Per Month. Candidates will receive other perks and allowances as allowed by IOCL for the Non- Non-executive recruitment. Candidates will receive regular pay and their salaries will be increased as per their work experience and learnings in the IOCL.
