ISRO Scientist Engineer Selection Process 2023
ISRO is a dream organization to work for a huge number of aspirants. Stage I Written Test
In the preliminary phase, candidates who will apply for ISRO Recruitment 2023 are required to appear for the written test consisting of 80 questions from the theoretical and numerical sections of the specific discipline. The aspirants should go through the ISRO Scientist Engineer Syllabus and prepare for the ISRO Scientist Engineer Exam properly as it’s mandatory to qualify for the ISRO ICRB Written Test for appearing in the ISRO Scientist Engineer interview.

Stage II Interview
On the basis of performance in the written test, the candidates will be called for an interview in front of the ISRO panel. The candidates will be evaluated in the ISRO Interview 2023 based on certain parameters like Technical (Academic) knowledge, General Awareness in relevance to the area of Specialization (technical), Presentation/Communication Skills, etc. The candidates will be shortlisted for an interview in a ratio of 1:5 with an aggregate minimum of 10 candidates. The interview conducted for ISRO Scientist Engineer will be of a total of 100 marks.
Stage III Final Merit List
The recruitment authority will prepare the final merit for ISRO 2023 based on the performance of candidates in interview. In the final merit list, 50% weightage will be given to written test score and 50% weightage to Interview marks.
