ISRO conducts a two-step recruitment process for the recruitment of Scientist B i.e. an All India Based CBT Examination followed by a personal interview round. The final merit list of selected candidates will be prepared according to the candidates’ marks in the personal interview. The CBT exam is just qualifying in nature but holds equal importance.
