Kerala PSC Assistant Engineer Eligibility

Educational Qualification

The educational qualification required for candidates applying for Kerala PSC various posts should be

• For a System Analyst- MCA/B.Tech Electrical & Electronics/Electronics/Computer Science
• For a Draftsman Grade III (Civil)- ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• For a Motor Transport sub-inspector- Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• For an Electrician- ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• For an AE position in Instrumentation Engineering – Candidates must have a degree in Instrumentation Engineering from a valid institution.
• For an AE position in Electrical Engineering- Candidates must have a degree in Electrical Engineering from a valid institution.
• For an AE position in Electronics Engineering- Candidates can either have – a Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent preferably with Electrical or a Degree in Radio Engineering or Telecommunication from a recognized university or a Degree or Diploma in Electronics from the Madras Institute of Technology diploma in Electrical Communication Engineering of the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore or any other equivalent diploma or  An M.Sc in Physics or Applied Physics with Wireless as a specialized subject.

Age limit

The age limit is described as below-

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 40 Years

Kerala PSC AE Salary

The salary of a working AE recruited through Kerala PSC will vary depending on the position, the nature of the job, the experience gained, the place of location, and other important factors.
