Other than this we get performance-related pay – I got 35% of my annual basic pay as a bonus which is approximately Rs.105000.

You get Rs.1000 for mobile bills per month and Rs. 700 for data cards – Rs.1700 in total.

Rs. 125000 for furniture for a period of 7 years.

Rs. 65000 for a laptop for 4 years.

Rs. 13000 for mobile for 3 years.

Rs. 8000 for spectacles for 2 year period.

Rs. 5000 for buying a briefcase in a 2-year period.

Up to Rs. 15000 per year as your car insurance.

Note:- The current deductions are for the Sahyog Fund, IT, Pension Fund, and PF. Expect taxes of 1.25 to 1.5 lacs. 6k for the PF, 7k for the pension fund, and Rs. 1550 a month for the Sahyog fund. The company makes an equal contribution to the PF, Pension Fund, and Sahyog Fund.
