Ordnance Factory Vacancy 2024

The total number of vacancies offered in this recruitment is 158. The vacancies are divided into two parts, the first one 100 and the second one 58. The Table A and Table B vacancies as mentioned in the notification are given here. The vacancies have been divided category-wise for reference.

Table A   

Table A Vacancy is for the candidates who possess the NAC/NTC Certificate issued after working in the AOCP trade from any government/private organization having affiliation with the government of India. Candidates having an AOCP Certificate from Government ITI will also be considered for these vacancies.

Table B  

Table B vacancies are for the candidates who possess an NAC/NTC Certificate after working in AOCP trade from Ordnance factories anywhere in the country or Munitions India Limited, having training/experience in Military ammunition and explosives manufacturing and handling.

Ordnance Factory Bhandara 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria consist of the minimum qualification needed for the job along with the age limit required. Candidate should fulfill the requirement of eligibility criteria before becoming eligible to apply for the form –

Educational Qualification For Table A Vacancies

Candidates with NAC / NTC Certificate issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) in AOCP Trade from a Government/ Private Organization with affiliation from the Government and candidates with AOCP from Government ITI will be considered.

Educational Qualification For Table B vacancies

Candidates possessing NAC / NTC Certificate issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) of AOCP Trade who are trained in Ordnance Factories under the erstwhile Ordnance Factory Board or Munitions India Limited (MIL), having training/experience in the Military ammunition and explosives manufacturing and handling.

Age Limit Criteria

The age limit criteria is between 18-35 Years as of the last date of application for the UR category. There is some relaxation provided in other categories which are mentioned here.

• For SC /ST-05 years
• For OBC- 03 years
• For Ex-servicemen- Period of Military service + 3 years

Ordnance factory Bhandara 2024 Salary

Candidates applying for a job are always curious to know about the salary offered to them. The candidates selected for this post will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 19,900 plus a Dearness Allowance will be given to them.

Ordnance Factory Bhandara 2024 Selection Process

The mode of selection is described below-

• Selection of the candidates shall be made based on the Marks scored in the NCTVT and Trade Test/ Practical test only, in the order of Merit.
• Trade Test will be carried out at Ordnance Factory Bhandara. Trade Test/ Practical test will be of 100 marks.
• Merit list will be prepared based on combined marks secured in the NCTVT Exam and Trade test/Practical Test.
