SSC JE PAPER 1- ONE-MONTH STRATEGY

Staff Selection Commission is conducting the Paper 1 exam of SSC JE 2024 in June. The exam is scheduled from 5 June to 7 June 2024. A serious aspirant preparing for this exam should devise a unique strategy and approach to crack the SSC JE Exam. This article discusses the one-month subject-wise plan and strategies for the SSC JE exam.

One-month strategy for General Intelligence and Reasoning

As the exam date is approaching soon, Candidates should solely focus on Paper 1 of SSC JE. SSC JE Paper 1 has a good weightage of the General Intelligence and Reasoning section. This section has 50 marks weightage out of the 200 marks paper. A candidate scoring more than 40 or even 45 marks will have an edge over others.

Here are some techniques you can apply in this subject for one month –

Try to do intense level practice. This section is strengthened by continuous practice. It will also increase your speed and consequently boost your score
Check your wrong answers and understand the concepts you were lacking. Improve it fast and again do questions from them.
Always have a target in your mind. When you set your targets right, you get a great chance to score the maximum.
Practice one sectional mock regularly. When you keep doing it, you gain a good advantage over others.

One-month strategy for General Awareness –

Candidates often overlook this section in the SSC JE exam. Candidates are requested to devise a better plan to score well in this paper. If other sections get harder, the onus is on this section to balance the marks.

Here are some tips to score well in this section –

Revise important current affairs by watching the current affairs revision videos taught by the Adda247 faculties. The important areas asked in SSC JE should be revised.
Revise the static portion asked in the examination. The static portion has a great value in the paper . Go through them .
Give mocks as much as possible. You’ll find many repeating question in this section which will increase your grip in the section.
Solve the Previous year question papers. Solving them will give you a great idea to increase your focus at particular sections.

One month strategy for General Engineering Paper

General Engineering paper in SSC JE has the maximum value among the three sections. 100 Marks questions are asked from this exam. SSC assess the technical expertise and engineering knowledge from this section. You can’t think of cracking SSC JE Paper unless you have mastered in this subject. A good strategy in this paper is indispensable to crack SSC JE exam.

Here are some strategic ways a candidate can devise in this section –

Revise each topics thoroughly. If you are following notes, revise it multiple times. All formulas, all graphs, all equations , all concepts for the Civil, Mechanical and Electrical should be crystal clear.
Give special importance to topics which carry good weightage. However it is always advised to focus on each topic.
Give section wise mock for this subject. It will enhance your grip on the concepts.
Learn from your mistakes. Don’t forget to check out your weak areas.
Divide your day for the topics you’ve to revise and the questions you have to solve from each sections.
Always be motivated and don’t get demotivated by scoring low in mocks. Mocks are just preparing yourself for the real examination. Try to analyze it properly and learn from your mistakes.
