Guidelines for a Smooth Document Verification of IBPS AFO
Candidates must ensure that they carry all required original documents along with self-attested photocopies to avoid any disqualification. Documents required for IBPS AFO Document Verification
All selected candidates must present original documents along with self-attested photocopies at the document verification. - Printout of the valid Interview Call Letter
- Valid system-generated printout of the online IBPS AFO application form registered for CRP-SPL-XIV
- Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate issued by the competent authorities or SSLC/Std. X Certificate with DOB)
- Photo Identity Proof as indicated in Point K of the notification
- Mark sheets or certificates for educational qualifications (proper document from Board/University with declared result on or before 21.08.2024)
- Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format (for SC/ST/OBC candidates)
- Income and Asset Certificate issued by an authorized entity for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates
- Disability certificate in the prescribed format issued by the District Medical Board (for Persons with Benchmark Disability)
- Certificate for persons with specified disability under the RPwD Act, 2016 guidelines (for candidates with less than 40% disability requiring a scribe)
- Copy of the Service/Discharge Book, pension payment order, and documentary proof of rank for Ex-servicemen candidates (or a certificate if still in defence service)
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) in original from the employer (for candidates serving in Government/quasi-government offices or PSUs)
- Certificate from the District Magistrate confirming eligibility for age relaxation under B II (5) for 1984 Riot Affected Persons
- Experience certificates, if applicable (hardcopy or digitally signed)
- Certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India for candidates falling under specified categories of Point B (I)
- Any other relevant documents supporting eligibility
