KPSC AO & AAO Exam Pattern

The examination consists of two papers, each carrying 300 marks. The papers will include general knowledge questions and negative markings will apply.

  • For each incorrect answer, a 1/4th mark will be deducted.
  • The Karnataka State Examination will be conducted in an offline OMR format or as a computer-based recruitment test (CBRT).
  • The papers will be conducted in both Kannada and English. If there are discrepancies between the Kannada and English versions, candidates should refer to the Kannada version.
  • Candidates must score a minimum of 35 marks to qualify for the overall examination.
