National Seed Corporation Trainee Salary
Trainees selected for the positions will receive a monthly stipend of ₹24,616, including dearness allowance (DA), during their one-year training period. The training duration may be extended by up to six months if performance standards or required tests are not met. Upon successful completion of the training, trainees may be considered for Junior Executive positions, with salaries ranging from ₹17,000 to ₹60,000.
Selected aspirants will be required to sign a bond for ₹1,40,000 (₹70,000 for SC/ST aspirants), committing to serve the Corporation for at least three years. Those not absorbed into permanent roles will receive a completion certificate, but there will be no guarantee of future employment.
