RCFL Apprentice Recruitment Apply Online

• Step 1: Visit the official website: www.rcfltd.com
• Step 2: Click on “RECRUITMENT” and then click on “ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES – 2024-25”.
• Step 3: Carefully read the full advertisement, instructions, terms, and conditions before applying.
• Step 4: Click on “I Accept” and then click on “Apply Online” to start filling out the application form.
• Step 5: Choose your preferred posting area (either Trombay or Thal) from the drop-down menu.
• Step 6: Prepare the scanned copy of your passport-sized color photograph (not more than 75 KB) and your signature (not more than 25 KB), both in .jpg/.jpeg format.
• Step 7: Once you have filled out the application form, click on “SAVE/SUBMIT” to save or submit your application.
• Step 8: After submission, the application form will be generated.
• Step 9: Click on the “Print” button to print your application form. This will be required at the time of joining, if shortlisted. Please note that you do not need to send a printed copy of your application form.

Stipend and Benefits for RCFL Apprentices

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) offers the following stipend and benefits to its apprentices:

Stipend:

1. The stipend for apprentices will follow the guidelines set by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship as per the notification dated 25.09.2019.
2. Apprentices are not entitled to any other benefits, facilities, or allowances apart from the consolidated stipend.
3. Medical Facilities: Apprentices are entitled to medical facilities on an outpatient basis in the RCF Hospital for themselves only.
4. No Transportation Assistance: RCFL will not provide any transportation assistance.

Stipend per Month:

Note: For Sr. No. (ii) and (iii), 50% of the stipend will be paid by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT), and the other 50% will be borne by RCF Limited.

Posting of Training

• Apprentices will receive training at Trombay, Mumbai or Thal, Raigad District, as per the company’s requirements.
• Candidates must choose their preferred posting location (Trombay or Thal) while filling out the application form. Once selected, the choice is non-transferable.
• The candidate will be assigned to the unit based on the approved quota, and no changes will be allowed once the posting is confirmed.

Mode of Selection for RCFL Apprentice Recruitment

• Merit List: A merit list will be created based on the percentage marks in the required educational qualifications. Candidates with CGPA or grades must provide an equivalency certificate at the time of reporting.
• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification to confirm eligibility.
• Contract Approval: Only after successful document verification and contract approval on the portal will candidates be appointed as Apprentice Trainees. Candidates must join on the approval date, or their candidature may be canceled.
• Tie-Breaking: In case of a tie in marks, preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications or, if qualifications are the same, to those with higher marks in prior education.
