The provisionally shortlisted candidates will have to mandatorily upload their documents by logging into the website www.apssb.nic.in using their credentials. Failure to upload documents shall result in rejection of candidature and non-allotment of post. The following documents are to be uploaded before 23 September 2024:

• Recent passport size photograph.
• Matriculation certificate issued by the Board / University for proof of date of birth.
• Graduation certificate issued by the Assistant Registrar/ Controller of Examination/ Vice Chancellor of the concerned university.
• Graduation marksheet issued by the Assistant Registrar/ Controller of Examination/ Vice Chancellor of the concerned university.
• Degree/ Diploma in Library Science (wherever applicable).
• Diploma Certificate in Stenography from a recognised Institution (wherever applicable)
• APST Certificate (if applicable).
• Permanent Resident Certificate (if applicable).
• Certificate of 06 months Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Board/ Institution duly recognized by the Arunachal Pradesh Council for Technical Education/ AICTE (if applicable).
• Intimation letter to HoD for those who are in regular Govt. Service.
• PwBD/PWD Certificate in case of vacancy under PWBD/PWD quota.
• Admit Card.

The provisionally shortlisted candidates should bring their original documents and photocopy of the documents mentioned at 4 (a) to 4 (1) along with 02 copies of recent passport size on the day of Document Verification. The candidature of all the shortlisted candidates is PROVISIONAL and subject to their eligibility in all respects as prescribed in the Advertisement and Recruitment Rules.

Candidates must note that their candidature is purely provisional at this stage and their appointment will be subject to their name figuring in the provisional select list which shall be prepared after the Document Verification.
