• On the home page, check for Registration or Login and click on it. You will be redirected to a new web page, and you will need to log in to fill in the online application.
• Fill in the details and upload the required documents, such as educational certificates, photograph, and signature, as per the specifications mentioned in the notification.​
• As the payment of fees is exempted candidates should review their online application before submitting.

ADRE Grade 4 Eligibility Criteria 2025

Candidates applying for Assam Grade 4 should meet the required educational qualifications and age limit mentioned in the official notification.

Educational Qualifications:

The maximum eligibility qualification for all Class-IV posts shall be HSSLC (Class-12) or equivalent examination passed and those who have educational qualification higher than this maximum eligibility educational qualification on the date of application shall not be eligible to apply for any of the posts or category of posts mentioned above.

Age Limit

The applicant shall not be less than 18 years or more than 40 years of age as on 01-01-2023. The upper age limit is relaxable only as stipulated below:

• 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
• 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.
• 2 years for Ex-Servicemen.
• 10 years for Persons with Disabilities candidates.

The age limit of the candidates will be calculated based on the School/Matriculation/HSLC Admit Card/Certificate issued by a recognized Board/School

ADRE Grade 4 Selection Process 2025

The selection process of ADRE Grade 4 Exam includes three stages they are:

• Written exam
• Viva/Interview
• Certificate Verification

Candidates who clear the written exam will be called for Interview and the final selection will be based on the overall performance of the candidates in both stages.

ADRE Grade 4 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern for Class VIII level and HSLC level posts is the same but the difficulty level varies. Candidates should be aware of the ADRE Grade 4 Syllabus and Exam Pattern and prepare for the exam. The exam pattern helps aspirants to know about the subjects, exam duration, and marking scheme.

• A total of 135 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) will be asked for 135 Marks.
• Duration of the exam is 2 hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes).
• Each incorrect answer carries -0.25 marks.
• Question paper will be in Assamese, Bengali, English, Boro, and Hindi

ADRE Grade 4 Salary

The candidates who are selected in Grade 4 will get monthly salary around Rs. 52,000. The salary ranges from post to post and it includes HRA, TA, DA, ESI, Insurance and other benefits from the government.
