Candidates are required to pass through each stage to get selected for the Haryana Police Constable Post in the Haryana Police Department. The Haryana Police Constable Selection Process consists of the following stages:
- Common Eligibility Test (CET)- Qualifying (Candidates who have passed the HSSC CET Exam will appear for PMT and PET)
- Written Test- 94.5% Weightage
- Physical Standard Test (PMT)- Qualifying
- Knowledge Test: (64.5% weightage in case of Mounted Armed Police and 94.5% weightage in case of GD and IRB)

In the Haryana Police Constable Physical Measurement Test 2024, candidates who have passed the HSSC Group C CET ten times the total number of vacancies will be selected. Haryana Police Constable Recruitment 2024 Physical Efficiency Test
After clearing the Physical Measurement Test, candidates will undergo the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). This test evaluates candidates based on their performance in the following parameters. PET is crucial for qualifying for further stages of the selection process.

Haryana Police Constable 2024 Exam Pattern
Candidates have to appear for the Haryana Police Constable Written Examination which holds a certain level of weightage. Candidates who have successfully cleared the Physical Measurement Test and Physical Efficiency Test for the Haryana Police Constable positions will be invited to take a written exam.
- The exam will consist of multiple-choice questions.
- The paper shall be offline.
- There will be a total of 100 questions, each carrying 0.945 marks and 0.645 respectively for GD and Mounted Armed Police.
- There is no negative marking. But corresponding marks will be deduced for each unattempted question.
- You will have 105 minutes to complete the exam.
- The standard of the questions shall be 12th standard-based.
- At least 10% of the questions will cover basic computer knowledge, and at least 20% will focus on basic knowledge about Haryana.
