The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has announced the MP Vanrakshak Physical Test Date 2024 for the Van Rakshak and Kshetra Rakshak (Karyapalik) (Van Vibhag), Jail Prahari (Karyapalik)(Jail Vibhag) on the official website on 15th June 2024.

For Men 800-meter race: 2 minutes 50 seconds
Ex-servicemen and Home Guard Soldiers (For Males) 800-meter race: 3 minutes 15 seconds
Ex-Servicemen and Home Guard Soldiers (For Female) 800-meter race minimum time 00 sec
For Women Shot put: 7.260 kg sphere, 20 feet
7.260 kg sphere: 15 feet
04 kg sphere: 16 feet
Physical Measurement Height of male candidates: 165 cm
Height of female candidates: 158 cm
Vision and Fitness Candidates should have normal vision in both eyes and be physically fit for jail services.
Race Qualification If a candidate does not qualify in the race, he will not be allowed to participate in the shot put.
Shot Put Attempts Candidates will be given a maximum of 3 chances to qualify for the shot put.
Nature of Physical Proficiency Test The test will be of a qualifying nature only. No integers or marks will be given.
Immediate Results The result of the examination will be informed to the candidate immediately on the spot.
Video Recording The physical proficiency test will be video recorded. If dissatisfied, candidates can appeal to the selection committee. No second attempt will be allowed.
Document Verification After passing the physical proficiency test, candidates’ documents will be verified.
Biometric Verification Biometric verification of eligible candidates will be done through an Aadhar card.
Ineligibility If documents are not verified or biometric matching is not done, the candidate will be considered ineligible.

Long jump: 13 feet
Shot put: 7.260 kg sphere, 19 feet
For Ex-Servicemen 800-meter race: 3 minutes 15 seconds
Long jump: 10 feet
For Women 800-meter race: 3 minutes 40 seconds
Long jump: 10 feet
Shot put: 7.260 kg sphere, 15 feet
04 kg sphere: 15 feet
Physical Measurement Height of male candidates: 168 cm
Height of female candidates: 155 cm
Chest of male candidates: 84 cm without inflation, 89 cm after inflation.
Chest measurement is not required for female candidates.
