WCL Recruitment Application Process

1. Review the Notification:

• Thoroughly read the notification to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria and understand the qualifications required.

2. Submit the Application:

• Complete the application in the prescribed format.
• Attach a recent photograph attested by your controlling officer or unit-in-charge.
• Include self-attested copies of all relevant certificates.

3. Verification by Controlling Officer/Unit In-charge:

• Your Controlling Officer or Unit Charge must verify and counter-sign your application.
• They should stamp and certify the enclosed documents based on the originals and confirm the Annual Performance Ratings and Departmental Clearance Certificate.

4. Forwarding by APM:

• The Area Personnel Manager (APM) will review and forward only complete applications of eligible candidates with at least a ‘Good’ performance rating to the GM (P/IR).
• For candidates at WCL HQ, the Head of Department (HOD) will forward applications to Dy. GM (P/IR).

5. Submit Data in Excel Format:

• Provide candidate data in the specified Excel format to Dy. GM (P/IR) via email at gmir1.wcl@coalindia.in.

6. Use Prescribed Form:

• Ensure applications are submitted using the prescribed format only. Applications in any other format or received directly from candidates will not be accepted.

WCL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the positions mentioned in WCL Recruitment 2024

For Nursing 

• Must have completed 10+2 education.
• Possess an “A” Grade Nursing Diploma or certificate from a recognized institute approved by the Government.
• Upon completion of a 1-year training program, candidates will be placed in T&S Gr. C.

For Pharmacy 

• Should have passed Matriculation or possess a Diploma in Pharmacy.
• Must be registered with the Pharmacy Council under the Pharmacy Act 1948, holding a valid registration.

WCL Recruitment Exam Pattern
