Punjab Police Constable Physical Test for Male & Female
The Punjab Police Constable Physical Test consists of two stages i.e Physical Screening Test (PST) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT). This Stage II Examination includes Running (PST), Long Jump (PST), High Jump (PST), Height Measurement (PMT). Candidates should clear both the tests to qualify for the stage III.
