TSPSC Group 4 Exam Pattern 2024

The TSPC Group 4 Exam pattern includes two papers i.e Paper-1 and Paper-2. The exam will be held in OMR Mode. Each question carries one mark and there is negative marking of 0.25 or (1/4) for wrong answer.

Paper-I: General Knowledge

Paper-II: Secretarial Abilities

1) Mental Ability. (Verbal and non-verbal)

Candidates clearing Paper 1, Paper 2 and Document Verification should take Computer Proficiency Test to be selected as Group 4 officer.

Computer Proficiency Test

Computer proficiency test will examine the knowledge of computer abilities of a person and ‘Proficiency in Office Automation tools’ The computer proficiency test duration is 30 minutes and maximum marks will be 50.

• The first question or Part A will have a question to be answered in MS Word. The applicants need to type a letter/paragraph/passage of about 150 words in MS Word. It will be 20 marks.
• In question 2 or part B, a candidate will have to prepare a table or graph in MS Excel. It will be 15 marks.
• In question 3 or part C, a candidate will have to prepare PowerPoint Presentations/Slides (Two) on MS PowerPoint. It will be 10 marks.
• In question 4 or part D, a candidate will have to display the content of the E-mail (inbox).
