MHC Notification 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Non-Judicial Member

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
  • Must possess special knowledge and professional experience of not less than 10 years in fields such as consumer affairs, law, public affairs, administration, economics, commerce, industry, finance, management, engineering, technology, public health, or medicine.
  • The candidate should be a person of ability, integrity, and standing.

Persons with Disability

  • Persons with Disability should be capable of efficiently discharging the duties of a Judicial or Non-Judicial Member, with reasonable aid/assistance, to the satisfaction of the appointing authority in consultation with the Selection Committee, as per Rule 10 of the Tamil Nadu State Judicial (Cadre and Recruitment) Rules, 2007.
