Food Corporation of India will be conducting FCI 2020 Exam to recruit eligible candidates to the post of Junior Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil), Assistant Grade II, Assistant Grade III and Typist. Selected candidates can be placed at any one of the many branches of FCI located all across the country. FCI Notification 2020 has been finally released by the Food Corporation of India through which the required details of the eligibility criteria for the exam, exam dates and syllabus has been announced.
FCI or Food Corporation of India is the largest Public Sector Undertaking that deals with the supply chain management of the food grain. It was established on 14th January 1965. Its first district office was opened in the city of Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu. Since then, Food Corporation of India has been managing various depots and private equity godownsin various cities.

The Admit Card for FCI Manager 2020 has been released on 06th February 2020 for Phase 2 Examination. Food Corporation of India has released the Admit Card 10-15 days prior to the commencement of the written exam. The Admit Card has been available online and will not be sent to candidates via post. Candidates are required to login to their account on the official website of FCI and download his/her FCI Admit Card 2020.

Candidates are required to pay Rs. 300/- as their Application Fee for FCI Maharashtra Recruitment 2019. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category are exempted from paying any application fee. FCI 2019 Exam will occur in two phases: Written Test and Physical Endurance Test.
The recruitment to the post of Junior Engineer, Assistant Grade II, III and typist will be done through Written Test and Interview Process. The details of the two phases are discussed below:

Paper-I (Duration-90 Minutes):
A total of 120 Multiple Choice Questions will be asked from Reasoning, Data Analysis, English Language, Computer Proficiency, General Awareness, General Intelligence, Current Events, Numerical Ability and Data Interpretation to candidates applying for the Post Code A {Junior Engineer (Civil Engineering)}, B {Junior Engineer (Electrical Engineering)}, C {Junior Engineer (Mechanical Engineering)}, F {AG- III (General)}, G {AG-III (Accounts)}, H{AG - III (Technical)} and I { AG-III (Depot)}.
Paper-II (Duration-90 minutes):

A total of 120 Multiple Choice Questions on General Hindi, General English, General Awareness, General Intelligence and Computer Knowledge will be asked to candidates applying for the Post Code D {Assistant Grade-II (Hindi)} and Post Code E {Typist (Hindi)}.
Paper-IV (Duration-90 minutes):
2 Passages, one each from Hindi to English and vice-versa and two essays each in Hindi & English will be asked to candidates applying for the Post Code D {Assistant Grade-II (Hindi)}.
Candidates applying for the Post of Typist (Hindi) are required to take Paper - III. Candidates will be short-listed on the basis of their performance in Paper-III and the short-listed candidates will undergo a Skill-Test in typing in Hindi. Final merit list will be generated on the score obtained by candidate in Skill Test.
Candidates applying for AG-II (Hindi) posts will be shortlisted for evaluation of Paper-IV, based on their marks in Paper III.
Candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks in Paper IV will be considered for final selection. Final selection will be made on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in Paper – III and Paper - IV, subject to securing the minimum qualifying marks in paper IV.
Note: - The Question Papers for Written Test will be bilingual i.e. in English and Hindi.
Candidates applying for FCI Maharashtra Recruitment 2019 are required to be of minimum 18 years of age. The maximum age limit of the candidate must not exceed 25 years. Candidate must have passed at-least 8th Standard in order to be eligible for FCI Recruitment 2019.

The result for FCI 2019 will be released once the examination for the same has been conducted.
