APICOL Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria: For APICOL Recruitment 2023, candidates must fit into the eligibility criteria for different categories for State Resource Person and Training Coordinator as prescribed by APICOL. The age limit and educational qualification are as follows:

For State Resource Person and Training Coordinator (Category A, B, C, and D):-

• For the post category A, B, and C, candidates’ age must be less than 70 years and for category D it should be less than 50 years.
• Candidates must have completed Graduation from a recognized University
• Work Experience: Rural Development/Women Empowerment/ Livelihoods/Agri-Business/Agri-Marketing/ Capacity Building/Financial Inclusion/Social Mobilization /Institution Building/Tribal Development/RBI/ NABARD/ Bank/HR/ Finance.
• Work Experience in Training /Project Implementation: Min. 5 years for Category A and B, Min. 3 Years for Category C, and Min. 1 year for Category D.

For Block Resource Person (Category E):-

Graduate in Agriculture and allied sciences minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in training and capacity building in Govt./NGO/Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), OR

Diploma in Graduate in Agriculture and allied sciences with min. 2 years post-qualification experience n training and capacity building in Govt./NGO/Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), OR

Graduate in any stream with min. 5 years relevant post-qualification experience n training and capacity building in Govt./NGO/Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), OR

PG in Rural Management/Agri-business Management/Social Work/Forest Management with min. 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience n training and capacity building in Govt./NGO/Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
