Before submitting the online application form for ESIC IMO Recruitment 2024, candidates must pay the application fee. The fee can be paid using various methods such as Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. ESIC IMO Eligibility Criteria 2024

The ESIC IMO Recruitment 2024 eligibility criteria are determined by the candidate’s nationality, age limit, and educational qualifications. Applicants must be Indian citizens, subjects of Nepal or Bhutan, or Tibetan refugees who arrived in India before 1st January 1962 to permanently settle in the country. Candidates should ensure they meet these criteria before applying for the ESIC IMO Recruitment.

Age Limit (As on 26.04.2022 and 09.05.2023)

The age limit criteria for the IMO post are outlined below for candidates who participated in the Combined Medical Services Examination (CMSE) conducted in 2022 and 2023.

Age Relaxation: Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, Ex-Servicemen, and other specified categories will receive upper age limit relaxation as per the Government of India rules. Additionally, employees of the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation and government servants are eligible for up to 5 years of age relaxation, as per the Central Government’s directives issued from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

• Candidates must possess an MBBS degree recognized under the First Schedule, Second Schedule, or Part-II of the Third Schedule (excluding licentiate qualifications) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
  Those with qualifications listed in Part-II of the Third Schedule must meet the requirements specified in sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
• Completion of a crucial rotating internship is mandatory. However, candidates who have not completed their internship may also apply, provided they complete it successfully before their selection.

ESIC IMO Selection Process 2024

The recruitment for the position of Insurance Medical Officer Grade-II (IMO Gr.-II) under ESIC IMO Recruitment 2024 will be based on the Disclosure Lists of CMSE 2022 and CMSE 2023. A communication will be sent to candidates at their provided email addresses, inviting them to apply through the contact details mentioned. A merit list will be created based on the applications received and the marks of the candidates as listed in the CMSE-22 and CMSE-23 disclosure lists, conducted by UPSC.

ESIC IMO Salary 2024

Candidates selected for the specified analogous positions in the Central Government will receive a salary ranging from Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 (Pay Level-10). In addition to the salary, they will be entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and transport allowance, as per government regulations.
