How Many Candidates Filled Application Form for SBI PO 2025?

The State Bank of India released a total of 600 vacancies for the recruitment of Probationary Officer posts. For 2025, the application process opened after the release of the notification, and it was concluded on 19th January 2025. Every year, thousands of candidates apply for the PO posts as it provides a promising career with a beneficial pay scale. This year, a total of 8,29,325 candidates applied for this post, and out of these, only six hundred candidates will make it to the final selection.

According to the latest updates by SBI, a record number of candidates filled out the SBI PO Application Form 2025. More than 8 Lakhs candidates are going to participate in the prelims examination which is a tough competition. The increase in the applications, depicts the rise in the job opportunity in the banking sectors. The candidates will have to appear in the prelims examination, followed by mains and an interview round. The candidates qualify all the stages, they will be able to make it to the final selection and appointment.

The SBI PO 2025 prelims examination is scheduled from 8th March to 15th March 2025 and we suggest the candidates to start their preparation to excel in the examination. The candidates will have to score higher to clear the cut off and reaching to the next stage of the selection process.
