IBPS PO Interview Experience 2025 at Noida Panel, Check Questions Asked

IBPS PO Interview Experience 1

My IBPS PO Interview was held in Noida Panel 1, and the duration of the interview was 11 to 12 minutes approximately. They asked me about my language preference and began with a formal introduction about myself and my family. In the beginning, they asked me general questions about my educational qualifications, PO attempts, and previous experiences.

Talking about the profession-based question, they asked me about the RBI functions, Equity Share, Partnership, Company Registration, Balance Sheet, MPC, and Reasons or Effects of the decrease and increase in Repo Rate. They also asked me how to show Deposits or Loans & Advances on the balance sheet.

IBPS PO Interview Experience 2

My Interview was also held at Noida Panel 2, and the interview started with no introductions they asked me about what my parents did and their profession. They have a polite and friendly tone throughout the 8 minutes of the interview. I told them my father was a Banker, and it was impressive for them. They asked me questions about the following topics, and since I have a computer science background, they asked me some questions related to that as well.

IBPS PO Interview Experience 3

I was called for my IBPS PO Interview at 1 PM in the Noida Panel 2. The questions asked by the panel members were mostly professional based which included the following:

  • What is the Difference between debit and credit card?
  • Why did you choose the banking sector after hotel management?
  • What is Financial Inclusion, and what are five schemes related to it?
  • What is Plastic Money?
  • What are the things included for the hospitality and tourism industry in the budget?

IBPS PO Interview Experience 4

During my interview session, I was asked about my family and educational background in the initial few minutes. I had a year gap in my biodata, and they asked me to explain the reasons behind it. They asked me if it was my first attempt at a banking examination. These are the questions they asked me during my time.

  • What is the capital adequacy ratio?
  • What is capital risk?
  • What are the documents required to form a company? (During the time of incorporation)
  • What is the document required for a partnership firm known as?
  • What do you mean by LLP?
  • What do you know about RBI and the lender of the last resort function of RBI?
  • Where are the bills, receivables, and payables shown in the balance sheet of a bank?

IBPS PO Interview Experience 5

During the IBPS PO Interview, I was asked questions based on my educational background, which is a BA in Ancient History and Education and the Banking sector. They asked me to introduce myself and asked me about my father. I answered them with confidence, saying my father is retired from the army, and they asked me about his post and army quatres.

They asked me about the CASA, NPA and its types, Changes in Nomination, Questions related to budget, Fiscal Deficit, Schemes launched in the Budget, repo rate, and its effects. In the end, a panel member asked me what I was doing currently and then asked me to say something about the Magadha Empire.

IBPS PO Interview Experience 6

My reporting time was 1 PM, and the venue was Noida Panel 3 for the IBPS PO Interview. My interview started at 5 PM as Panel 3 started late compared to other panels. There were 12 to 13 candidates left during the last hour, and the panelists were in a hurry to complete the interview round. They gave each candidate 5 to 6 minutes to speak and concluded the interview.

During my interview, they asked me to introduce myself and how much landholding my father has. Then they asked me about the Announcements related to agriculture in the budget and explained about KCC. Another panel member asked me what type of farmer my father is based on the handholding he has. He also asked me about the limit of landholding for a small farmer. 

The last few questions were asked by the third member, who asked me about the quality a banker should possess from a customer’s perspective and business perspective.

IBPS PO Interview Experience 7

I was called for my interview to the Noida Panel 7; they asked me the following questions, there were mathematical questions as well because my background is in Maths:

  • Where did PM Modi sign the MoU related to AI before France?
  • Who is Rajnath Singh? Why did he visit Bangalore?
  • Name a few Mathematical Personalities.
  • What is NPA and its effect on Banks?
  • Sum of 1 to 9 in 30 seconds

IBPS PO Interview Experience 8

During my interview, there were 4 Male and 1 Female panel member. They asked me to introduce myself, and I told them I came to commence background. They asked me the following questions.

  • What is Copay in Insurance?
  • What is the Debt Equity ratio?
  • CIBIL and KYC
  • Old vs New Tax Regime
  • New Tax Slab
  • How many types of companies are there?
  • What is the recent Company Act?
