IBPS has concluded the IBPS SO Online Application Portal for registration for Specialist Officer (SO) positions on 28 August on its official website @ibps.in. Candidates who applied for the Specialist Officer (Scale-I) roles, such as IT Officer, Agriculture Officer, Marketing Officer, HR/Personnel Officer, Law Officer (Scale I), and Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I) in 11 participating banks will be able to appear in the upcoming prelims examination.

- A provisional registration number and password will be sent on the registered Email ID and Mobile number.

- On receiving the registration no. and password, log in to complete the application procedure.
- Fill up the personal, academic details, and communication details correctly.
- Choose the exam center and post applying carefully.
- Upload the photograph, signature, Left Hand Thumb Impression, and Handwritten declaration.

- After verification, pay the required application fee.

Documents Required For IBPS SO Application Form 2024

Guidelines for IBPS SO Photograph 2024
The guidelines to upload the photograph in the application form for the IBPS SO 2024.
- Upload recent color photograph
- It should have been clicked against a light-coloured background.
- The photo should not have a “red eye”.
- If using glasses, make sure your eyes are visible through the glass and that there is no reflection or glare on it.
- Do not wear caps, hats, and dark glasses while taking the photograph. Religious headwear is allowed.

- Do not sign in capital letters.

IBPS SO Handwritten Declaration Text
The IBPS SO Handwritten Declaration for the IBPS SO Exam should be written solely by the candidate in English and uploaded in the prescribed format. By submitting this declaration along with the IBPS SO Application Form 2024, candidates affirm that the information provided in their application form is true and accurate.
“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
Points To Note for IBPS SO Online Application Form 2024
While filling out the IBPS SO Application Form, candidates are required to keep in mind the following points to avoid any mistakes in their application form. The candidates need to be mindful while filling out the application form.
- The application process is entirely online. No other mode of application will be accepted.
- E-mail ID and mobile number should be kept active for any future correspondence. The authorities will communicate with candidates through Email and SMS.
- Evidence for claims made by the candidate while applying online should be uploaded by the candidate at the time of registration itself. The same will be verified subsequently at the time of the Certificate Verification and Interview process
- Candidates must fill the complete form before the last date of online mode.
- Save the Application and Acknowledgement documents for future reference.
- Candidates should indicate their order of preferences at this stage. No requests for change in this connection shall be entertained.
