- The online test will consist of four sections: Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and General/Economy/Banking Awareness/Computer/IT.

The IDBI Executive will receive a competitive salary, which will be fixed for a certain period. IDBI Executive Selection Process 2024
The IDBI Executive Selection Process 2024 for candidates will be based on an online exam conducted at various test centers, followed by document verification and a pre-recruitment medical examination. Those selected will be hired on a contract for 3 years at different branches and offices of IDBI Bank.
