IDBI Bank Junior Assistant Manager Salary 2025
Initially, the candidates will undergo a 6-month training phase during which they will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 5,000. Following this, they will progress to a 2-month internship period with a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000. After completing the probationary period and being formally appointed as Junior Assistant Manager Grade ‘O’ (JAM Grade ‘O’) employees, their total compensation (CTC) or IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Salary upon joining will fall within the range of Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh for those placed in Class A cities.
