KVS Senior Secretariat Assistant Syllabus 2025

The KVS Senior Secretariat Assistant (SSA) Exam is conducted by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) to recruit candidates for clerical and administrative roles. The syllabus is designed to assess candidates based on their knowledge of reasoning, quantitative aptitude, general awareness, language skills, and computer knowledge subjects. The total exam is 150 marks divided into two parts (discussed below). Go through the syllabus multiple times and practice questions as many as you can to improve your performance.

There are total 3 parts in the Senior Secretariat Assistant exam pattern and total exam is 150 marks carrying 150 questions. The format of the question answer is multiple choice based and total duration of the exam is 150 minutes or 2 hours 30 minutes.
