LIC AAO 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for LIC AAO 2024 belonging to the unreserved category must be between 21 years to 30 years old. Relaxation on age for reserved category candidates is as per Government Norms which is given below.

LIC AAO Education Qualification
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute approved by the Government of India or relevant regulatory bodies. The degree must have been awarded, and the results declared, on or before January 1, 2024. Documentation confirming the result declaration by this date must be provided during the interview.
LIC AAO Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
A three-tiered process has been mentioned in the notification for the selection of LIC AAO posts. This includes:
Phase 1 or Preliminary Examination- Objective type exam(Online Mode). Candidates equal to 20 times the number of vacancies in each category, subject to availability, will be shortlisted for the Mains examination.
Phase 2 or Main Examination- Objective Descriptive Exam(Both Online Mode). A descriptive Exam will be a qualifying.
- Marks of English will not be counted for ranking in both Phase 1 and Phase 2
- Candidate MUST pass in each Section separately and should also obtain minimum marks in the aggregate to qualify for the online examinations (Preliminary and Main) and the interview
- Marks obtained in the Main Examination only will be considered for shortlisting for interview and marks obtained in the Main Examination + marks obtained in the Interview will be considered for the final merit listing of candidates.
- After the interview, candidates will be called for a medical examination too. Only Medically fit candidates will be considered for final appointment as per the rules.

LIC AAO 2024 Admit Card
LIC will issue the admit cards for the LIC AAO 2024 preliminary exam approximately 15 days before the date of commencement of the exam on its official website @licindia.in. The admit card will be released separately for both the Prelims and Mains exams. The call letter for the Mains exam admit card will be released after the declaration of the Prelims Result and those who qualify will appear for it.
LIC AAO 2024 Result
LIC will declare the LIC AAO 2024 results after the successful commencement of the exam of each phase. The LIC first declares the Prelims exam result followed by the Mains exam result. The final merit of the candidates will be prepared based on marks obtained by the candidates in the Mains Exam and Interview.

LIC AAO 2024 Salary
LIC gives a handsome salary to its employees with attractive perks and increments. The basic pay of Rs 53,600/- per month will be provided to the selected candidates at their initial stage.
