LIC AAO Selection Process 2023: The LIC AAO exam is conducted by the Life Insurance Corporation of India to recruit candidates for the post of Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) Specialist in LIC offices. LIC AAO 2023 Exam Pattern
The LIC AAO & AE Pattern is similar to other bank exams. For the two-staged online exam, the preliminary exam will be followed by the main exam. The exam pattern for both Prelims and Mains Exam has been tabulated below.

Phase 1 or Preliminary Examination- Objective type exam(Online Mode). Candidates equal to 20 times the number of vacancies in each category, subject to availability, will be shortlisted for the Mains examination.

- Marks of English will not be counted for ranking in both phase 1 and phase 2
- Candidate MUST pass in each Section separately and should also obtain minimum marks in the aggregate to qualify for the online examinations (Preliminary and Main) and the interview
- Marks obtained in the Main Examination only will be considered for shortlisting for interview and marks obtained in Main Examination + marks obtained in Interview will be considered for final merit listing of candidates.
- After the interview, candidates will be called for a medical examination too. Only Medically fit candidates will be considered for final appointment as per the rules
