PNB SO Eligibility Criteria 2024: Nationality

It is important that the candidates must ensure that they fall within the following nationality criteria for the PNB SO exam. Candidates must be:

a Citizen of India or
a subject of Nepal or
a subject of Bhutan or
A Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement
A Person of Indian Origin (PIO) who has migrated from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, or East African countries of Zaire, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Ethiopia, or Malawi, with the intention of permanent settlement in India. The nationality eligibility should be as per Indian Govt. rules.
