RPF SI Nationality

RPF SI Physical Efficiency Test
In the second phase of the RPF SI Selection Process, candidates have to undergo two tests. The first stage is the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and the second stage will be the Physical Measurement Test (PMT). Use the table below to learn about PET and PMT.
Candidates who complete either the 1600-meter or 800-meter race will undergo height and chest measurements to determine their eligibility. Chest measurements will only be conducted for male candidates. If a male candidate’s unexpanded chest measurement falls below the eligibility limit, the expanded measurement will not be taken, and the candidate will be considered disqualified.

RPF SI Medical Requirements
Candidates selected for Document Verification (DV) must undergo medical fitness tests administered by the Railway Administration. These tests ascertain their ability to perform the duties associated with the position(s). To qualify, candidates must meet the medical category ‘B-1’ criteria outlined in the Indian Railway Medical Manual.
