The RRB NTPC Apply Online 2024 is over for graduate and Undergraduate posts. Candidates who register for the Undergraduate-level posts have a chance to correct their application form if there are any corrections. The last date for application correction is 6th November 2024 for Undergraduate Posts.
Steps to Apply Online for RRB NTPC Undergraduate Level Posts
Candidates can follow the steps mentioned to apply online for the RRB NTPC 2024 exam. The detailed procedure for RRB NTPC Apply Online 2024 is provided below in a simplified guide.
- Go to the RRB official website @www.rrbapply.gov.in.
- Click on “Apply ⇒ Create Account” at the top of the homepage.
- If you already have an account, log in using your Username and Password. New users must enter all required personal details to create an account.
- After submitting your details, you will receive OTPs on your registered mobile number and email. Upon successful OTP verification, a Registration Number will be sent to your registered email and mobile.
- Use your Registration Number and password to log in through the “Candidate Login” button on the homepage and begin the application.
- In Part I of the application, provide details such as Educational Qualifications, Community (UR/OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/EWS), Gender, Religion, Ex-Serviceman status, PwBD, Minority, Economically Backward Class, and Age Relaxation eligibility, if applicable.
- Once the details are filled in, proceed to the payment page to select your payment method.
- In Part II of the application, indicate your preferences for posts and languages.
- Next, you will be prompted to upload your photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG format (100 DPI resolution). The photograph should be 35mm x 45mm or 320 x 240 pixels, and the signature should be 50mm x 20mm or 140 x 60 pixels.
- Review the declaration and submit your RRB NTPC Application Form before the deadline.
Note: Candidates who have already registered for CEN 02/2024 (Technician), CEN 01/2024 (ALP), CEN JE 03/2024 (Junior Engineer), CEN RPF 01/2024 (Sub-Inspector), or CEN RPF 02/2024 (Constable) do not need to register again. They can log in using their existing username and password.
RRB NTPC 2024 Application Fees
Candidates who want to apply online for the RRB NTP Exam 2024 must pay the decided RRB NTPC Application Fee according to their category. Candidates must pay the application fee through online mode only. All candidates, except those eligible for fee concessions, must pay an application fee. - Candidates belonging to SC, ST, ExSM, PwBD, Female, Minority, EBC, or Transgender categories will receive a full refund of their examination fees.
- On the other hand, those in the General, EWS, or OBC categories will receive a partial refund of INR 400, after deducting bank charges.
Aadhar Verification for RRB NTPC Online Form 2024
The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have mandated Aadhar Verification for candidates applying to current and future Centralised Employment Notices (CENs), including RRB NTPC Recruitment 2024. Applicants must complete Aadhar Authentication via rrbapply.gov.in, a one-time process valid for all ongoing and future RRB job applications. Completing this verification will facilitate easy access to examination centres and facilitate the post-exam procedures for applicants.
Documents required for RRB NTPC Apply Online 2024
Candidates required the following documents for the RRB NTPC Online Registration 2024.
- Online Payment Details: Have your payment details ready for the online application fee. This includes your credit/debit card information, net banking details, or any other payment method specified. Ensure you have enough money in your account to complete the transaction.
- Details of Aadhar Card: Candidates will need their Aadhar card number and the information on it, including name, date of birth, and address.
- Valid Mobile Number and Email ID: Ensure that you have a working mobile number and email ID. These will be used for communication purposes throughout the application process and for receiving important updates and notifications.
- Scanned Copy of the Caste Certificate (if applicable): If you belong to a reserved category, have a scanned copy of your caste certificate ready. The scanned copy should be clear and legible. This document must be valid and issued by the competent authority.
