SIDBI Grade A Salary 2024

The salary of SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager (General Stream) is Rs. 90,000/- per month including various perks, allowances, and benefits. The basic salary of SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager is Rs. 44,500 with a pay scale of  44500 – 2500(4) – 54500 – 2850(7) – 74450 -EB – 2850(4) – 85850 – 3300(1) – 89150 (17 years).

SIDBI Grade A Selection Process 2024

The SIDBI Grade A Selection Process 2024 includes three stages that the candidates have to go through to qualify for the examination. The selection process has been discussed here for the candidates.

Stage 1: Online Screening Examination- This will include seven sections in one paper for a total of 200 marks.

Stage 2: Online Examination- This will include two papers for 100 marks, which shall include 25% marks for notable achievement in extracurricular activities (District/ State/ National Level), awards/ recognition in service, etc. subject to the submission of documentary evidence.

Stage 3: Psychometric Test and Interview: An online Psychometric Test will be conducted to assess the personality, level of communication, clarity & problem-solving innovativeness, level of efficiency, willingness to work in any part of the country, suitability for the post, etc. of the shortlisted candidates after Phase II exam. After completion of the Psychometric Test, the candidates will be called for Personal Interview.
